Michael Morrison

Co-Founder and CEO

Michael Morrison is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Driven Technologies. Michael is responsible for growing the business, strategic partnerships and sales.

With 20 years of business leadership and sales experience, Michael has the leadership and direction to take Driven Technologies to the next level.

Born in Chattanooga TN, Michael was a 3 time All-American on the University of Georgia Mens Golf Team. In 1999, Michael was a part of the winning National Championship team. Michael also was a part of the 1998 and 2000 SEC Championship teams. Michael graduated from UGA with a degree in Economics.

Mike Pearson

Co-Founder and COO

Michael (Mike) Pearson is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Driven Technologies, responsible for business operations, sales and strategic partner relationships.

With 20 years of start-up and entrepreneurial experience in multiple industries, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the company. His primary focus is on the overall growth and development of the organization and at his core, Mike believes in surrounding himself with the best and brightest and providing them with the support and tools necessary for their success.

Born in Augusta Georgia, Mike later moved to Atlanta and joined the Georgia Tech Men’s Golf Team where he lettered for 4 years and lead the team to an ACC Championship in 1999. Mike Graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Business Management.

David Harmer

Vice President of Infrastructure

David Harmer currently serves as the Vice President of Infrastructure at Driven Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure engineering and services, both pre and post sales, as well as engineer training, and technical services when there is a key need.

David fills in the technical roles where needed, including Networking, Servers, Storage, Wireless, and specialized applications of technology. David has almost 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having spent nearly 15 years in IT consulting as an infrastructure engineer. David is highly technical, holding 3 HPE Master ASE certifications, is a Brocade Distinguished Architect, and holds dozens of other high-level technical certifications. David was the first engineer hired by Driven Technologies, and before that spent 8 years at Abacus Solutions/Cumberland Group.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Mike Ford

NOC Manager

Mike Ford joined Driven Technologies in April of 2018 and oversees our Network Operations Center.

Mike came from an infrastructure hardware and services company where he was Director of IT, and supported several external customers including 125 user Pediatrician’s office and a private elementary and high school. Mike’s 25+ years’ experience working in the IT industry have also included support in the heavy equipment industry as well as transportation and distribution facilities.

Mike attended Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Fl after moving from South-Eastern Michigan.

Scott Hawkins

Director of Operations

Scott Hawkins currently serves as the Director of Operations at Driven Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing the network operations center, human resources, project management and general company operations.

Scott has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, having spent 12 years in IT consulting as a Microsoft-focused engineer. Prior to joining Driven in 2017, Scott served as the IT Director for an Indianapolis-based DNA clinical laboratory for 8 years, as well as IT Director/Chief Compliance Officer for the largest urology practice in east Tennessee.

Scott holds an MBA with a focus Information Technology Management from Western Governor’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Education from Johnson University.

Jeff Ridge

Vice President of Security

Jeff Ridge currently serves as the Vice President of Security and Risk at Driven Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing the Security Engineering and Operations teams.

Jeff’s primary focus is on Managed Security engagements and the overall SOCaaS offering for Driven Technologies. He has more than 20 years of tactical and strategical experience in various Information Technology environments including Operations, Engineering and Project Management. Prior to joining Driven in 2019, Jeff served as a Security leader at Fiserv. He has also served in similar roles within the Healthcare and Private Banking sectors. Additionally, he is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Technology Management, from Saint Leo University. He also holds current CISSP and CISM certifications.

Patrick Leo

Manager of Networking

Patrick Leo is the Manager of Networking at Driven Technologies. Patrick is responsible for the internal network as well as the networks of our NOC clients. Patrick also assists in sales, project development, and Tier 3 support as needed.

He has over 20 years’ experience in IT. Prior to joining Driven Technologies in 2018, Patrick worked as the Senior Voice/Network engineer at an environmental engineering consulting firm, and before that as an IT Manager at a medical records coding company. He is also a veteran who served honorably in the United States Army.

Patrick received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Empire State College, and has several industry certifications, including Arista (ACE-A), Aruba (ACMA, ACSP), Cisco (CCNP, CCNA), and Microsoft (MCSE).
